A Little Bit About Me
Compassionate Therapeutic Environment for All
Welcome – I'm Glad You're Here

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with over 18 years of experience helping individuals overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a practical, evidence-based approach to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more aligned with the life you want to live.

A Personalized, Collaborative Approach
Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be holding you back—thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses—and create realistic, effective strategies to move forward. My approach is grounded in CBT, but always tailored to your unique goals, values, and strengths.
Clients often come to me because they’re ready to invest in themselves—not just to “get by,” but to grow, heal, and thrive.

Services Offered
Helping on your journey to meet your personalized individual goals

Individual Therapy
In my individual therapy practice, I support adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges—including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and unresolved trauma. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and guided by a goal-centered framework that focuses on helping you create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to improve your daily life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to grow, therapy offers a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and work toward the life you want—with intention and purpose..

Couples Therapy
I offer couples counseling using a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help partners reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate conflict with greater understanding and compassion. Through CBT, we focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and communication styles that may be fueling tension or disconnection. With IFS, we explore the deeper emotional parts each partner brings into the relationship—such as protective behaviors, past wounds, or unmet needs—creating space for healing, empathy, and authentic connection. This integrative approach allows couples to not only address surface-level issues, but to foster lasting emotional intimacy and a stronger, more resilient partnership.

Qualified State Supervision
As a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, I offer clinical supervision to registered mental health counseling interns who are working toward licensure. My goal is to provide a supportive, structured, and growth-oriented environment where you can develop your clinical skills with confidence and clarity. Drawing from almost 20 years of experience in the field, I integrate case consultation, ethical decision-making, and practical guidance with a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re looking to deepen your clinical insight, strengthen your professional identity, or navigate the licensure process with greater ease, I am committed to helping you grow into a confident, competent, and ethically grounded therapist.
